All applicants will be required to:

• Pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing
• Provide a copy of a valid form of identification
• Provide information on your monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
• Minimum credit score of 550.
• Provide proof of income for the previous 3 months.
• Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
• Please do not apply if you have previous evictions or criminal records.
• Liability insurance required.
• Pet Fee: $250 Non-refundable - Monthly Pet Fee: $15 per pet - limit up to 3 pets.
